'We were thrilled with Abney Hall as our choice of venue for our wedding reception. We had a real positive feeling when we first came to see the hall and met the staff, not only is the venue itself beautiful, but the people who run it were warm and welcoming. Tanya was very helpful and supportive throughout the wedding planning process which made our experience a positive one from start to finish.
Abney Hall is tucked away, set back a little from Stoke Newington Church Street, the location was perfect for us. We wanted to find a venue which we could make our own, which wasn't connected to a wedding planning company or had anything like expensive corkage costs associated with it. Abney Hall were open to our ideas and allowed us to decorate the hall as we wished, we brought our own bar staff and plenty of beer from France, it was the perfect venue for a big party for all of our friends and family.'

Perfect Wedding
We chose Abney Hall for our wedding reception last weekend (Sep 15th 2012) and we had the perfect day. The family owners of the hall answered every question with "no problem" and the family worked alongside us to make sure everything worked smoothly. All the practicalities such as deliveries, catering, music, decorating, providing cups of tea and clearing up were taken care of in a relaxed, yet efficient way. We had exactly the occasion we wanted, and we cannot recommend Abney Hall more highly as a choice of venue. Thank you.
Tanya and Hassan at the Abney Hall were fantastic and we had a lovely wedding there. They were helpful throughout our planning process and very easy to deal with.
One of the fridges broke down on the morning of the wedding day but a replacement was found straight away.
